Founder Mentor & Keynote Speaker

I work with founders on their emotional resilience — the inner stability that holds when everything outside is in motion. And I speak on stages about leadership in times of accelerating convergence.

About me

Marco Pasini

I started my first company in 2009. Over fifteen years I learned how to build, scale, and lead — and eventually, what it costs when you lose contact with yourself along the way.

Today I work with founders on exactly that: the emotional resilience that holds when the pressure rises. My work draws on Positive Intelligence® (PQ), on somatic practice, the latest insights from neuroscience and psychology — and on what I've lived through myself.

Founder and Movement Architect of Emotional Insourcing, Founding Partner of the resilience consultancy MPATHY Consulting and enthusiastic PQ-Coach.

Three ways to work with me.

If it's about you as a founder → 1:1. If it's about your stage → keynote. If it's about your marketing → interim CMO.

For founders

Founder Mentoring

1:1 for founders at a turning point.

For founders who want to lead with clarity and stability in accelerated times. No off-the-shelf programs — the work is built entirely around you: around what's holding or breaking right now.

For stages

Keynote Speaker

For conferences, leadership circles, associations.

I speak about what I've lived: vulnerability as a leadership lever, emotional energy as the underestimated resource, being human as the superpower of the Agentic Age.

For MarCom teams

Interim CMO

Marketing and communication processes, rethought for the AI age.

As an interim CMO, I enable your marketing and communication team to rethink its processes for the AI age — and build the modern structure that holds it. Including the emotional resilience it takes to truly see the change through.

Let's talk →

What 1:1 really is about.

Not to-dos. What's underneath them — the emotional and communicative bottlenecks that quietly cap your scaling. Five threads that weave together in the 1:1:

  1. 01

    Emotional Resilience

Staying present under pressure, instead of collapsing or escalating.

  2. 02

    Authentic Communication

Speaking clearly and effectively while staying fully yourself. Kind candor: saying what needs to be said without wounding — and without bending out of shape.

  3. 03

    Vulnerability as a Tool

Using vulnerability as a leadership tool: deliberate, dosed, never as performance.

  4. 04

    (Self-)Leadership through Presence

Leading yourself and your team through presence, with embodiment and conscious emotional modulation as the tool.

  5. 05

    Personal Branding

Becoming visible without bending yourself out of shape.

Format: individual throughout and no off-the-shelf program — the work is built around what you need right now. In the first conversation we see whether it's a fit.

Founder & Father

When a founder becomes a father.

There's a transition almost no one talks about: you become a father — and you're expected to keep building, leading, delivering. Two roles, both wanting everything. On the outside, your calendar, your sleep, your team all shift. On the inside, something bigger shifts: who you are, what you're working for, what strength even means now. I've lived through this rupture myself. I know what it feels like when both roles pull at you and you feel you're not doing justice to either. In this thread of the 1:1, I walk you through exactly this transition — so you can live both roles with each other, not against each other.

  • Integrate both roles

Inside and out. Father and founder, without one role devouring the other.

  • Conflicts in the founder team

When fatherhood shifts how you show up in the team. Including mediation when things grind between you.

This is not a separate program. It's the most personal door into my founder mentoring.

What I stand for on stage.

One signature keynote — and three further thematic worlds. Adjusted to audience and format (keynote 30–60 min., impulse 15–25 min., fireside chat).

Signature Keynote

I've Always Been Okay

A keynote for anyone who leads under pressure — on the difference between losing a company and losing yourself.

  • Why pressure makes us confuse performance, role, and identity.
  • Why the body often knows what the mind still denies.
  • How the way back works: Attention. Breath. Heart.

Your mind is a tool. Your breath is the bridge. Your heart is the home.

Positive Intelligence®

A program that changed my life.

As a certified PQ Pro coach, I guide individuals, couples, and teams through the Positive Intelligence® mental fitness program — across all my areas of work, from 1:1 to teams. Not as an add-on, but as a foundation: I've experienced first-hand how well-being, calm, and effectiveness grow exponentially when mental fitness is trained like a muscle. That's a gift I keep passing on.

What people take away from working with me

Working with Marco as a founder coach is a real game-changer: he reads between the lines, asks the right questions, and uncovers the real challenges — always at eye level, warm-hearted, and razor-sharp.

Lilith Brockhaus

Founder, Visualmakers

Marco came in to speak with our team about the power of vulnerability and inner strength, and he did such a great job. He really connected with everyone and got us all aligned in a meaningful way. The feedback across the board was 5 stars, and you could feel the impact in the room.
